Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time or Part-Time Who Should Apply: Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support our growing physical therapy team in conjunction with our thriving orthopedic surgery practice. Job Type: * Full-Time (Preferred) * Part-Time (Available) Key Responsibilities: * Deliver physical therapy services under the supervision and guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist, in alignment with state regulations and scope of practice. * Execute day-to-day patient care tasks and treatment plans as assigned. * Document and report patient progress, concerns, or changes to the Physical Therapist and, when appropriate, to referring physicians. * Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory standards (federal, state, and local). * Participate in interdisciplinary care coordination to ensure seamless, high-quality care. * Maintain accurate records in accordance with clinical and administrative standards. * Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education. * Support the mission of expanding equitable, community-based orthopedic and rehabilitation care. * Perform other duties as assigned.
