Residential Service Plumber
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Residential Service Plumber to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a variety of residential plumbing tasks, from routine faucet repairs to complex water heater installations. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
Expert Service Delivery: Execute precise and efficient plumbing, drain cleaning, and in-home service calls.
Customer Relationship Management: Build strong customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Customer Education & Sales: Educate customers on residential plumbing needs, financial options, and maintenance plans.
Technical Support & Problem Resolution: Provide expert technical support for effective problem resolution.
Revenue Generation: Exceed revenue goals through adherence to established sales criteria.
Product Knowledge & Training: Stay updated on manufacturer products and actively engage in training sessions.
Diagnosis & Repair: Diagnose and resolve a range of plumbing issues with appropriate tools.
Mentorship & Training: Mentor apprentices, contributing to a skilled workforce.
Job Site & Vehicle Management: Maintain an organized job site and well-inventoried truck for efficiency.
Ethical Conduct: Uphold high standards of ethics, honesty, and integrity in all interactions.
What We Need From You:
Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience preferred.
Licensing: Journeyman and Masters Plumbing Licenses are a plus.
Mechanical Aptitude: Strong mechanical aptitude.
Driving Record: A clean and safe driving record.
Communication Skills: Exceptional customer communication skills.
