Job Description

Job Overview: CabinetCorp.com is seeking an experienced and creative Kitchen Designer / Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong design skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Guide clients through product selections and design processes to ensure satisfaction.
  • Utilize design software (e.g., 2020 Design) to create detailed and innovative kitchen and bath layouts.
  • Conduct showroom appointments to showcase product options and design trends.
  • Communicate new design trends, product releases, and service offerings.
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage customer relations throughout the design and sales process.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of kitchen and bath design or sales experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in 2020 Design software (or similar design software) is required.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and consult with clients effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and manage projects efficiently.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Experience working with trade professionals and contractors preferred.


Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge of cabinetry, countertops, and design trends.
  • Sales background with experience upselling and conducting product demonstrations.
  • Experience in layout design, renovation projects, or retail sales.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
