Job Summary

As the Director of Dining Services at Flik Independent School Dining, you will oversee daily operations for Groton School, a prestigious boarding high school with 400 students. This role is crucial for building great dining experiences and encouraging a positive environment for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, clients, and other departments
  • Work closely with the Chef and management team to craft menus and deliver top-quality food
  • Coordinate all P&L and budgeting activities related to the account
  • Closely adhere to and implement new culinary programs successfully
  • Lead and guide a team of associates to ensure detailed service delivery
  • Coordinate high-volume production and catering operations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BS or equivalent experience in Hospitality or Culinary preferred
  • Three to five years of confirmed foodservice operation experience
  • Crucial high-volume production and catering experience
  • Previous experience leading a budget
  • High-reaching with a desire to grow with a premier foodservice company
