What You'll Do:

Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately weld structural
elements
- Operate a variety of welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, and stick
welders
- Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs as needed
- Ensure all work meets industry standards and safety protocols
- Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve technical challenges
What We're Looking For:
- 6+ years of experience as a Welder in a shipyard or heavy manufacturing environment
- 6+ years of experience in MIG, TIG, Stick.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and
specifications
- Certified in multiple welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick
welding
- Electrician certification or demonstrated experience in electrical work
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
